First London Stay
Great location - good walk to London landmarks. Surrounded by good restaurants and supermarkets. Shower was outstanding - huge shower head with amazing water pressure. Aleisha on reception was lovely and could not have been more helpful.

Ideal place for our weekend theatre break
We had a theatre break weekend and were seeing shows on both Saturday and Sunday ( Harry Potter double play), so wanted somewhere to stay rather than go home and return by midday the next day.
This seemed ideal and was reasonably priced .
Situated in Lower Marsh it was easy to find from Waterloo Station and we were greeted by 2 friendly staff on arrival .
It was busy and we hd been lucky to get one of the last remaining rooms .
Check in was quick and painless , we were given an additional door key on request and despite being on the ground floor it was quite and easily accessible.
Being a warm weekend we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning .
It was nice and clean and appreciated the Nespresso machine .
We were just using this as a base but the small kitchen facilities would have been very handy had we wanted to cook .
The bed was very comfortable and despite there being train noise very 5 mins , it wasn't an issue and we both slept very well .
The shower was lovely and nice and hot .
There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and the South Bank and Covent Garden in easy walking distance .
Overall we had a most pleasant stay and would certainly return and use Nox again

THR WORST SCAM HOTEL IN LONDON
One star. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I tried to amend my booking within literally one second of making it and they refused point blank. They take a £100 deposit and hold onto it for over 30 days before returning it. The hotel is unmanned, nobody answers the phone, and when I finally got through they hung up on me. Trying to speak to an actual human being is impossible.
The whole operation feels like a scam. I have no idea how they have the Google rating they do, because nothing about my experience matched it. Avoid at all costs.

Bad Service
I'm sure it's a fine hotel, but we booked our hotel room just 2 hours ago for the end of our cruise by mistake instead of the beginning of it. We then emailed and called to ask if we could fix the date (and even extend our stay!) The trip is 6 months away and they said that they could do nothing and that it's not refundable/transferrable. This would have been our first time visiting from Canada to the UK. Really disappointed. ~ Bryce & Kim Hartnell

Stay at own risk
So we booked 2 rooms here, one was pretty good, the other the AC did not work, we were told they can’t fix it, basically too bad and they gave us 2 fans to try to cool the room off after having the window open on an almost 80* day. So yeah, it was hot. No discount, couldn’t switch rooms for us because they claim they are fully booked. Overpriced to not have good customer service.
