Family holiday before Christmas
Family vacation two adults
and a 13-year-old child for Hanukkah. The beautiful room, above all praise, breakfasts in the hotel also deserve special praise (range and quality of products). Excellent Jacuzzi and saunas (dry and wet). A friendly and courteous staff. Justifiable 5 stars in total, I recommend!

Perfect stay for a long weekend in the city
10/10 city break in Budapest. We used IHG points to book and it's one of the nicer boutique IHG hotels we've stayed at. The rooms are lovely and very spacious. Perfect location for walking everywhere. Nice bar/restaurant attached to the hotel and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Verno House Could be Great but Needs to Up its Game.
Excellent location. Service was mixed - the women were quite pleasant and helpful. Not true of all of the men. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. We had to ask the front desk for an “override” to make it cooler, but that only got us about 2 degrees, which was not enough. Beyond that, the front desk would not or could not make it any cooler, and we asked several nights. Fortunately, it was relatively cool when we were there compared to the blistering, historic heat that Budapest has had since. I would think long and hard about staying here again in mid-summer if they do not improve their air conditioning ability. I sure hope they do, because the location was perfect.

Faultless
By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in! The customer service was exemplary. I had a problem with my mobility scooter & the hotel team helped me to resolve it quickly. The rooms are spacious, very well-appointed & the view is incredible. The basement Hot Tub is amazing. The location is great.
