Home away from home..

The place is exactly what we expected — nice, clean and cozy. You live in a compound where you can see the neighbors outside, which is very nice. The apartment has its own gate and is far from the noisy road. By writing this review, it’s our first day here in Budapest.. I can gladly recommend this place to every one who wants to visit Budapest

A home in Budapest

From the very start to the end it was an excellent experience! Not only did we receive an immediate confirmation but we were contacted by Greg from the property via email welcoming us! Greg provided precise detailed information as to where to park, etc.
We were in direct communication during our travel to Budapest. He met us or best said greeted us like old friends upon our arrival!
Greg also went above and beyond our expectations by providing me with a surprise birthday cake!!! My wife had mentioned to him in passing that we were in Budapest to celebrate my birthday! And he remembered! How is that for being thoughtful!
The apartment is located in an old building with character and charm of days long gone. Just a few blocks away from the Parliament! Stores and restaurants are all nearby. The ATM is right around the corner too.
As well, the apartment was comfortably decorated and immaculately clean. Everything one could need for a comfortable stay was provided.
There is no doubt that we will be returning! Strongly recommend others stay here!

Careless stay

Stayed for a week in the Palatinus apartment - small, but cosy and quite one. All you need for the modest traveler is there and thus it's a great alternative to the regular hotel stay so you can spare some money - like on buying food in the regular supermarket and serving the breakfast yourself.
The location is superb - very close to the main transport arteries like trams 2,4,6, M3 subway and right in front of Danube bank. Morning run at Margit sziget which is about 5 minutes walk is a perfect start of the day here.
Special thanks to the host Greg for providing smooth experience and always being there to help, starting from the tourist visa application and till the airport transfer back in the middle of the night. His help will especially be appreciated for those visiting Budapest for the first time and not knowing much of the highlights there.

Good stay

Despite of low temperatures and cold shower that we must take every day (under shower there was wind blowing through a window), it was a perfect stay. Due to perfect host. Greg took care of us - showed places worth seeing and where we can eat well. Also, our apartment had a perfect localisation and was well-equipped - all you need. It was a really good stay!

Really good

GDA it will be my choice again and again every time I visit Budapest.
About the apartment, nice clean and comfy.
About the location, everything you want next to you. You close to the river and the train station the shopping mall is walking distance...
And Greg & Sylvia are really nice and helpful...
