Very nice hotel, quiet street but very close to main sights of Buda area

Great location, very near to Bastion but in very lovely, quiet street. Very nice area with plenty of great places to eat and drink if you dont want to go across the river to city center. Hotel is very clean with nice staff . Breakfast was not massive choice but was just fine for me, with hot or cold choices. Room was spacious and overlooked the quiet street. Comfy bed and slept well.
Hotel is on top of the hill in Buda area, you can get the number 16 bus from the roundabout at the bottom of the hill by chain bridge, takes you to the top where there are a few stops to get off, one is round the corner from hotel. Bus is every few minutes. Walking up and down there is a winding road which is not too steep or many different routes using steps, very strenuous in hot weather, but views are amazing.
Uber to airport was £34
On way in i got the bus into city center from airport. 100E stops right outside airport, cost £6 and has 3 stops in Pest ,city center on other side of the river. An uber from here is about £7 to hotel, or you can pick up the 16 bus from city center as well to cross river and go up the hill.

Excellent accommodation and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed here as part of our anniversary trip and can't say enough good things. The room was clean and was cleaned every day of our stay. The included breakfast was also very good. The staff were incredible. Very friendly and helpful, even helping to arrange a rental car for us at a better rate than we could have gotten ourselves. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

We stayed at this hotel in Buda, a stone's throw from Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church. Strategic location for reaching the Pest side as well. Cozy, clean, and very spacious room. Kind and professional staff. Thank you for the warm welcome. Absolutely recommended!!!

Great choice! The location is a fun area to walk around with tourist (St. Matthias church), grocery, and restaurant options (21 is super!). It's a climb up some stairs from the river if you walk but not tragic.
Staff was very helpful!

no hot water for 2 days- the young lady was rude and indifferent to our friends we were traveling with- then on the second day of ice cold water I explain it was unacceptable that I am unable to take a shower or wash makeup off my face without warm water-her response was ‘ I know it’s getting fixed ‘ no apology zero customer service. We come to this hotel every year while visiting family for the last 7-8 years. This will be the last. Also the faucet drain leaked. This was fixed promptly but have no hot water for 2 days warrants a partial refund.
