Well positioned and reasonable

Nice hotel for a couple of nights. Parking nearby in underground car park. One minute walk to the lake. Only downside id reception on 7th floor which migh make it difficult for some travellers

We hear you on reception being on the seventh floor. To make arriving smoother, we’ve added clear wayfinding at Rue du Rhône 42 and Rue du Marché 5 so it’s easier to navigate the passage and head straight up to our hosts. Once you’re there, everything from check‑in to a late coffee is in one relaxed spot.
We’d love to welcome you back for another easy couple of nights next time you’re in town.

Fountain of Geneva a skip away

Everything worked out per your instructions on how to arrive at front Reception Desk. We were dropped off on Rue de Rhone and followed the red Ruby sign to front entrance. We checked in on-line per your email the day before arriving. Room was ready. Nice!! Spacious enough for our luggages. Bathroom setup roomy. Layout of room unique but it worked out for both of us. Missing was a closet for clothes. The pegs on wall with hangers not friendly with our garments. Missing also was a tea kettle and welcome bottle of water. However, your central location is topnotch and unbeatable!!
First time in Geneva for us, check off the bucket list. Would love to return if I win the lottery!!

We understand your point about storage. Our Lean Luxury philosophy keeps things streamlined, though it doesn’t suit every wardrobe. If you’d prefer a room with a full wardrobe next time, our hosts can try to place you accordingly, and adding a short note to your booking helps us prepare for that in advance. We also offer larger rooms if you fancy a bit more spread‑out space.
On the little comforts, we keep kettles out of the rooms but make sure hot drinks are close at hand. You’ll find complimentary coffee and water in the Galley on each floor, and you can top up your bottle there as often as you like.
Thanks again for staying with us and for ticking Geneva off the list. We’d love to welcome you back for another city break whenever you make it over this way.

It's a rather inconvinient hotel room, the room itself is nice, however, basic amenities like room service are not provided. No fridge is provided, no phone for reception, no robes after a shower etc. I wouldn't personally book there again but it is a nice, clean room for someone not looking for anything but a bed to sleep in.

I loved everything about this hotel. Conveniently located in a shopping district close to the lake. Plenty of places to explore from the hotel. The rooftop bar was great and the room was clean and had AC (which was nice to have as Geneva was experiencing over 100° weather). The staff were friendly and helped finding me a dentist when I had an emergency.
100% recommend!

The room was comfortable and very clean. The extensive buffet breakfast was a cost effective way to eat in a very expensive city. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends.
