Best place we've ever stayed
Hotel is spotless, beds very comfy, has fridge in room, tea coffee making in room, shower gel and shampoo, great shower, big room with wardrobe and plenty of storage. Breakfast is amazing.
Location is perfect for all krakow walking distance to market square, old town, Jewish district, shops, bus stops, trams etc.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go above to help.
The decor is stunning.
We will stay again when we return.
Its a beautiful. Quiet, clean, modern hotel walking distance to all.
We love it. Massive thanks to all staff. See you all again soon.

Lovely stay
I cannot fault the hotel in anyway.
The location is perfect, 10 mins walk to main square.
Little store just round corner.
I was a solo traveller and found the room lovely clean and spacious.
I agree with another review regarding the mattress protection and that it makes you very hot, but I just slept with the air on on.
I found the checking in / out process very quick and simple, stored my case in room until I picked up later that night.
Young girl on reception I found to be very nice and helpful,
I would return to this hotel.
