Cute
A riad not difficult to find with GPS. In the Medina less than 10 minutes walk from the main square Jeema el fna. Our room was modest, on the ground floor overlooking the internal lobby, equipped with the necessary.

Fantastic experience
I stayed with my family at Riad Taziri for a few days. The environment is clean and welcoming, the location is ideal to enjoy even a short stay because the riad is located near Jemaa el-Fna and the "several collection points" for excursions within walking distance. Great availability from Ali who made us feel at home.
We will definitely return for a complete immersion in Moroccan life.

Unhonest staff, bed bugs, fleeing
Background: We were hosted in this very nice Riad, nice staff. Room ok but no pillow to sleep on (decorative pillow with imitation suede pillowcase).
Problem: As a result of our first night in the Riad, I began to have itching in my arms. Well-aligned punctures appeared soon after all over my body. These pricks were huge and scratched a lot. (I can send photos and videos)
We returned to the Riad at about 7pm. I took a shower to calm the injections. My spouse looked at the bed sheets and found out in less than 1 min, full of bed bugs under the sheets.
He went to the reception directly to report the problem.
The owner informed us that he went back to our room in the morning to make the room and saw bedbugs. He left all our belongings in a room infected with bedbugs without notifying us all day!!!
A message would have been appreciated so that we could move all our things.
I specify that when we returned to the Riad, the owner did not come forward but when my spouse went to see him, he told us that he was waiting for us and that a room was already booked in the neighboring Riad.
He told us that the bedbugs were brought by people who went camping in the desert in Merzouga with their own blankets (and that these people brought them back to the Riad). This story seemed too well prepared and it is extremely unlikely that the owner realized the bedbugs in the morning before we told him. Add to that the size of the bed bugs (very big!!). We're sure he knew about it and took the risk of letting us sleep in that room hoping we wouldn't get stung.
We then understood that the owner of our Riad had not informed the owner of the new Riad of the reason why we changed Riad and therefore the risk of bringing bedbugs back to this new Riad!!
We requested our initial Riad to wash all our belongings and try to limit the risks.
Following these stings, I had an allergic reaction: swellings (edema), extreme fatigue, fever, difficulty walking, breathing, etc.
We were spending 2 weeks in Morocco for our holiday, so this event ruined our entire holiday because the allergic reaction lasted 3 weeks.

An oasis of peace
Riad Taziri is simply magical.
The atmosphere creates an environment of oasis and peace, the rooms are clean and stocked and the complex enjoys a unique decor. What makes it all the more perfect is the staff: extremely helpful throughout, kind, friendly and helpful. If I could insert more stars I would do it very willingly.

Excellent value
Riad very well placed to explore the Medina. The riad is cozy and clean with a beautiful terrace. The breakfasts are generous. The spacious rooms. Mustapha takes great care of his hosts, always ready to provide you with information and caring. We feel like home. Looking forward to returning to Riad Taziri in Marrakech!
