Excellent Riad hotel.

Traveling for business, I was looking for a place that was different from a standard hotel without sacrificing comfort or efficiency. Casa Lalla Riad checked all the boxes.
The wifi was stable, which is not always a given in a riad, and I was able to work quietly from the patio in the morning before my meetings — a much more pleasant setting than a classic hotel room. The room was quiet, well soundproofed from the medina, which allowed me to sleep well despite the jet lag.
The team was very responsive: they helped me organize an early morning transfer and recommended a reliable driver for my meetings in town. Flexible check-in, which worked out well for me given my late flight.
Hearty and quick breakfast, perfect for following up with a busy day. The value for money remains very fair for this level of service and authenticity.
An excellent compromise between professional efficiency and cultural immersion. I recommend it for any business traveler who wants to avoid hotel chains without compromising on comfort.

The staff were amazing, particularly those at breakfast - nothing was too much bother.
Airport transfers were also booked through the hotel which made arriving at the airport stress free.

Moroccan charm in all its splendor

A magical stay at Riad Casa Lalla! We spent a few nights there as a family, with our child, and we have an incredible memory of it.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, with a real eye for detail. The riad is magnificent: beautiful rooms, a soothing patio, and typical, neat decor that immediately sets the tone for the trip. We felt like we were with friends rather than in a simple hotel.
The staff took great care of our little one, always smiling and thoughtful, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without stress. The breakfast served on the terrace was a real delight, hearty and delicious, perfect for starting the day.
The location is also a real asset, quiet but close to everything, ideal for exploring the neighborhood.
A place full of charm that we highly recommend for a stay as a couple or as a family. Thank you for these beautiful moments, we will come back with pleasure!

Exceptional ♥️

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Casa Lalla.
The location is perfect: just a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fna square, but nestled in an absolutely quiet alley.
The suite "Rêve d’Orient" was impeccably clean and the bedding extremely comfortable. The main highlight remains the welcome and kindness of the staff, always attentive.
Don't miss the rooftop for a moment of relaxation at the end of the day. We will definitely return!

The moment you step inside, you're struck by the perfect balance between the authentic charm of a traditional riad and the comfort of a modern boutique hotel. The space is generous, bathed in a soft light that beautifully highlights the subtle, elegant Moroccan decor. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is absolutely stunning.
​But what truly makes the stay unforgettable is the overall experience inside the riad. The team on-site is incredibly kind and attentive at every moment, providing a service that is discreet, warm, and highly professional.
​After a long day exploring the souks, the on-site spa is an absolute blessing for winding down and deeply relaxing. When it comes to dining, the restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, a real treat for the taste buds that reinvents local flavors with great finesse. Finally, the rooftop terrace offers an exceptional, peaceful escape—the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful views over the rooftops of Marrakech. It’s the ultimate destination if you're looking for an intimate, complete, and refined cocoon where every single detail is designed for your well-being.
