TOP!!

I stayed at Hotel Osimar for a weekend with a friend. From the first moment I contacted them they were very kind and helpful; also with regard to check-in they guaranteed me to be able to make it at any time being open the reception 24/24h. The gentleman whose name unfortunately I do not know, who checked us in as well as being extremely kind was too nice.
The room still perfect, clean, hot water.
Really a fantastic experience highly recommended!!

Pleasant...but not too much

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in December 2025, in a quadruple room. The area in which the hotel is located is quiet and peaceful, although slightly distant from the metro stations Bologna and Tiburtina.
At the entrance the structure is not particularly striking: the lobby appears unwelcoming, a bit messy and dated. However, at the reception we were greeted with great kindness, which is very appreciable. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, probably paint, but fortunately the room was large, clean and cozy.
Among the negative notes we point out the inefficient heating, a draft of air coming from one of the windows and the hot shower water not very powerful. Despite these minor inconveniences, overall the hotel is satisfactorily presented.
Some deficiencies related to the location and aesthetics are largely compensated by an excellent and hearty breakfast, which is undoubtedly one of the strengths of the structure.

Be careful

Dilapidated structure. Maybe better to say puke given the mold on the walls, the shortened walls, dirt. Dear as well!

Three star hotel, at the lower end of the category.

This is a three star hotel, which I find acceptable, but at the lower end of the category.
This is mainly for two reasons: the rough decor of the rooms, and the basic breakfast.
That said, the hotel is clean, located in a quiet area, and discreetly connected: there is bus 61, which leads directly to the north of the historic center (Via Nomentana) or, with the change at the metro station B "Bologna" in many other destinations.

Poor

Breakfast to improve... I hardly ate anything.
The rooms were on the third floor, very small elevator... with unpleasant smell... so I always took the stairs.
The rooms were modern but the bed very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I would not stay here again...
