Kind of Dissapointed

• Only one roll of toilet paper was left per cleaning for a room with two guests, despite two being provided on check-in day
• Towels were refolded/re-hung to look fresh but not actually replaced during our 5-night stay (one had a visible spot on it the entire time)
• A dirty plate was left in our room instead of being cleared
• The bathroom had visible built-up grime/yellow staining in the corners
• We spilled coffee on our blanket and left it visible on purpose to see if it would be addressed — instead of replacing it, housekeeping simply flipped it over and made the bed, clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice
We normally tip housekeeping generously, but given the above, we didn’t feel it was warranted this time.
Separately, we went down for dinner around 8:30pm one evening and were told the kitchen was closed because occupancy was low that night. For a hotel at this price point, that’s a strange decision — and to be clear, we don’t blame the staff for this, it’s a management/staffing call.
We also weren’t asked at checkout whether we’d enjoyed our stay, which would have been a simple, appreciated touch.
The bones of a great hotel are but the housekeeping standards and kitchen availability need real attention to match the price point and star rating.

Too bad

Unfortunately it was not a good stay, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and having children with us, it was not pleasant at all.

Very bad experience.

Never again! I used Vio to book a night in a hotel; however, the hotel recorded it, and I was charged for 2 nights, and they do not want to refund me! It is not my fault if there is a problem with the transmission of information between VIO and the hotel! This is theft! It is unacceptable to pay €685 for one night in a modest, out-of-the-way hotel, and without breakfast!

Excellent location

Located in the heart of Nice, this hotel is a great choice for your stay.
The hotel is beautiful, with a California-style decor.
The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities. The toilet is functional, equipped with bath products and hair dryer.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant where meals are served and a small esplanade outside.
Breakfast is served daily as a buffet. It may or may not be included in the price of accommodation.
There's no pool.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Priced for the excellent location.
