Clean and good location
I stayed here two nights. Room is clean. Shower is minuscule, but good water pressure. My tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it but the staff was very nice. Right off the Jean medecin tram stop, around corner two minutes. Flat walk with luggage. Although many homeless live right in front of tram stop. The walk into town was 11 minutes and easy directly to beach. Close to shopping. Overall I’d stay here again if I need a cheap clean hotel.

On our first night at Hôtel Florence Nice, despite having made a reservation in advance from Türkiye, my expectations were not met.
On our first night at the Hôtel Florence Nice, despite having made a reservation in advance from Türkiye, we were left with a room that did not meet our expectations. We were told the hotel was fully booked, so a room change wasn't possible that night. With the fatigue and stress of the long journey, we honestly even considered changing hotels.
However, the next morning, the hotel management handled our situation in an extremely professional and courteous manner and said they would prepare a very nice, private suite for us as compensation. We decided to give them another chance.
When we returned to the hotel from our day trip to Monte Carlo and Cannes, we were met with a truly wonderful surprise. Our prepared suite was extremely beautiful, comfortable, and meticulously designed. Additionally, our room had been prepared with small gifts, treats, and a very nice welcome presentation. This thoughtful gesture really pleased us.
The quality of a hotel is judged not only by how well things run smoothly, but also by how it handles any problems that arise. The management and staff of Hôtel Florence Nice more than compensated for the negative experience we had on our first night with their attentiveness, courtesy, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
We are very happy with our room and the attention we are receiving right now. We are leaving the hotel with positive feelings after our experience. We would like to thank the hotel management and all the staff for their interest and approach. This is a hotel we would consider again when we return to Nice.

Great boutique hotel
My husband and I spent a week at Hotel Florence and loved it! It’s a perfect location—walkable to Vieux Nice. The rooms were clean and I love the decor! Breakfast was amazing—incredible selection including fresh baked goods daily. Shout out to Marine who left little treats in our room and gave us great travel tips. Looking forward to coming back!

GREAT PLACE ! we'll be back!
We booked this hotel after a shocking experience in Contes - we were amazed at the kindness, proactivity, efficiency and helpfulness of Eloise, Maria and Yoana!
Everything was so easy and well explained and managed: check-in, parking, info on whereabouts...
The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, the facilities are very clean, the rooms great, the bed we slept in very comfortable.
An a also, breakfast is THE experience - so many products of the territory, and all SO very good!
And again, the staff very helpful and smiley, which makes it all so very agreeable!!!
