Very satisfied

I was satisfied with the stay. The staff was very nice. It is dog friendly hotel. Free parking. The room was clean and very well equipped (towels, cosmetics, hair dryer, heated floor, fridge, sofa). The bed was very comfortable.

Dirty and stressful

Standard room small and dirty with hair in the towel and sheets, bathroom for gnomes with shower door that lets out all the water, bathroom door so filthy and old that it looks like a cellar. A single bedside table and an extremely small space to store your belongings that we had to leave in our suitcases. In the conditioner c, was the body cream. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned the next day .. staff minimized and disgruntled. Chaotic breakfast. In short, a horrible and stressful place

Hair on towels and bed linen, the condition of the bathroom door, and incorrect products in the dispensers are not acceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to maintain. Regarding stayover cleaning, our hotel follows a Light Housekeeping program, where cleaning during shorter stays is provided upon request. However, it is our responsibility to ensure that this information is clearly communicated, and I apologize if this was not made clear during your stay.
I am also sorry to hear that the breakfast experience felt chaotic and that the overall stay left you feeling stressed rather than comfortable.

Short stay for business

Perfect fit for a short business trip. Walking distance to Aalto University and several companies nearby.
There are good sports opportunities nearby and scenery on the banks of Laajalahti is great.
Room was quiet, clean and equipped with basic needs, including properly working air conditioning.
Breakfast is a bit narrow but delightful and high quality.
Staff are so lovely and I also got a bit later check-out without additional fees.

Great stay in Radisson, Espoo

A very enjoyable stay at the Radisson Hotel in Espoo. The hotel is in a quiet location opposite a park and the estuary, public transport within easy reach and short travel times to Helsinki and the many attractions in the area. The hotel facilities, reception staff and restaurant staff were exceptional.
