Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed in this pleasant hotel at the end of our tour of Denmark. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. We found the hotel to have a lovely atmosphere with relaxing lounge areas and the famous afternoon coffee and cake tradition. The location was perfect as it was close to train and bus stations and within an easy walk to the charming old town and beautiful waterfront. The breakfast was excellent and the bed super comfortable. A great place to stay.

Bad experience.

We had to sit in the reception area to hold out.In such heat is d important with drinks, but what we had in the room cooked.When we asked about ice bits sometimes, we felt that we were to bother, as these they had to pick up by walking a few steps.One of the ladies in the reception was really nothing pleasant.Morning food was d best at the whole hotel.We will of course never again back there.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast options were excellent, and the hotel's location was perfect. I would especially like to thank the blonde lady at the reception desk—whose name I unfortunately cannot recall—for her outstanding help and kindness. Thank you for everything!

Nice and lovely stay

A night with adult children and sons-in-law - a really nice hotel at an excellent price, lovely smiling and helpful staff. Nice rooms, good and large selection for breakfast buffet. The single seat minus is a lot of noise from the street, which is also located super well central, but isolated windows will help
