The room was beautiful and clean. Lots of grassy areas for our grandson to play. I would stay there again.

Nice stay, will book here rom now on

Room was comfortable and very clean. A bit older, but clean.
Felt like staying at a grandparents house. Each room has its own unique decoration.
Didnt get much of an ocean room, but thats okay.
Paved walkway right by hotel to get to beach was nice.
I always bring lysol wipes when we stay at hotels and thoroughly clean every surface we would touch.
Here even light switches where clean. usually grimey at other places.
We stayed in a Standard View Pet room, because only thing available.
I was worried, have stayed other places and smell like wet dog. this room I couldn't tell that it was a pet friendly room, no dog smell, and my allergies didn't act up.
No brekkie, so thats sad.
Not sure if there are wheelchair accessible, our room was third floor, stairs outside, easy to get up though.
Patrick at front desk was very friendly and accommodating, a bit hyper, but so am I so we got along great.
I booked directly through hotel to make sure we got a room.
Use to book through Expedia, however twice this year we get there and no room is available, even though we already paid.( once in Boise, Once in Seattle)
Had to look elsewhere for places to stay, and fight Expedia to get non refundable room cost re-embursed! How difficult is it to understand, I'm not canceling, you sold me a non -existant room!
I suggest booking directly.

What's most important for a traveler ? SLEEP !!!
I tried to sleep on a bed that rolled from center toward the edge of the bed.

The grounds were comfortable and lovely. The path to the water was great. The room was very nice, the sink needed replacement but worked. The bed was comfortable. I has a worn look but I liked the room, the kitchen was well equipped. Staff were friendly. The hot tub inside was not hot. Many of he children on the property were rowdy in the hot tub and pool at one point, that is a parent issue. They should follow the rules. A sign board was fallen over from rot. She staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and encourage others to do so.

The room was pleasant, though on the small side. The bed was big and comfortable, however the bathroom was tiny, shower only, the modern appliances and decor was much appreciated though!! The biggest problem my family and I had with the place, is that it advertises on its website that there are 2 hot tubs on the property, but when we got there we learned that the indoor hot tub was having heating issues, leaving only the outdoor hot tub which we
discovered was only for adults. That was not mentioned on the website or upon check in, and I wish they would’ve been because my children and I were looking forward to that the most!
