Charming budget friendly, close to the train station
We arrived late at nite, and we got a code for a key box and could let ourselves in easily.
There was cold drinks in the fridge for us, which was so nice as we stayed during a heatwave.
Rooms are old, but charming and clean.
Shared bathrooms on the hallways worked out super great. Never a queue and the rooms were clean and tidy at all times.
A little noisy from the streets, but that's hoe it is when you're in the middle of a city, I guess.
Very nice compared to the price, will absolutely recommend.

Dreadful experience with bed bugs. BEWARE!
Fun ended when we discovered the apartment was infested with bed bugs. Again, reception were very apologetic and they gave us bags to isolate our (now infected) clothing, and booked us space in a nearby (and better) hotel.
When we complained to the management, however, they resorted to threats, saying that we had brought the bed bugs in and that they would prosecute us. Both things are untrue and illegal to threaten under German law. The fact that we documented a long standing infection (once we were motivated, we discovered one bed bug which had been painted onto the wall when the apartment had last been decorated.
Our last days on holiday were a bust and we missed two days of planned activities, followed by 2 full days once home trying to ensure we did not bring active bugs and eggs back to our homes.
Dreadful overall experience, and the management did not care that our holiday costs were not only accommodation costs, but also holiday time from work, the flight costs and the lost costs of prebooked trips.
Fully expect that the apartment was not reported to Munich Health Services and was filled as soon as we were moved out.

Good value but you get what you pay for
- Location good but sketchy
- Price good compared to AirBnB
- Internet exceptional
- Small, basic kitchenette (no microwave or coffee maker).
- Towels & earplugs provided
- Bed comfortable
- TV has Netflix
- Dishwashing liquid provided
- Small fridge & two ring hob worked okay, fridge not cool enough
- Launderette across Road. Bring cash as the machine outside charges €5.95 just to withdraw cash
- Check in/out easy process
Minuses
- Shared bathrooms not cleaned and urine on floor just left! BRING FLIP FLOPS
- Bathrooms had no soap for days/nothing replenished
- Very warm noisy room by road
- No lift/elevator
- People smoke by entrance day and night
- People smoke in their rooms, it wafts into the communal hallway and to bathrooms
- Small flat inadequate pillow
