Inexpensive posh rooms.

Absolutely fantastic rooms for extreme cheap rates!
10/10 interns of value for money for sure. Super clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. As well as excellent location in Colombo 3 where most renouned malls and restaurants are located.

Not worth, be careful

This place is a joke. Service was very loud, they played music in the night. The walls are very thin and I heard every sound from the corridor and other rooms. After my few complaints service did nothing and still was very loud. They also could have to tell other guests to be quiet during late night check out. I did not sleep from 3 AM.
WiFi didn't work, linen had stains.
I do not recommend this place, not worth the amount of money that I paid.
When I would make a complaint one guy lied about that he is a boss. When I told him my story he called his boss but I didn't understand what he talked to him.
Also, I saw rude replies for others reviews - it is not good for your place. I don't understand the 8.1 rate on Booking. I believe these are paid reviews. The worst and the most expensive accommodation during my 3-week Sri Lanka tour

Just the basics for a stay

Comfortable and clean room. No frills as such. Just the basics for what you pay. Value for money overall. The hotel can be a little noisy, as in you can hear people moving around the halls but it isn't bad enough to keep you up at night.

Waste of Money

Yesterday (Check-in 23rd and Check-out 24th) my parents stayed @ this hotel. They went through Madras Tours & Travels, they stayed more than 6 hotels, apart from Saveira other hotels foods are good and food is buffet system only. But here Saveira people served food @ room in the night only paratha and very less quantity of rice and next day morning bread and butter. My parents are senior citizen they will not eat Paratha and bread. Really irritated to stay that hotel. I strongly not recommend this hotel for senior citizen and who are all travelling from India.

Gr8 stay

Was amazing .close to all the main areas . Amazing indian restaurant . Neat rooms.Well maintained . Will visit again and recommend others . Food was great as well .No complaints whatsoever . Dont miss out this gem at wellawetta
