A fantastic new hotel in Javea

I have stayed twice at SH Javea, in June and August. I had a lovely stay on both occasions and cannot wait to return! The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is plentiful and the pool area is very relaxing. My father joined me in August for a couple of days as we know Javea well and he also had an excellent experience. I cannot thank the hotel enough for my holiday and I look forward to returning soon.

Our visit - a mediocre experience.

The SH Jávea Hotel exudes a bit of the charm of a chain restaurant, rather cold and not very inviting.
The service orientation of the staff leaves something to be desired at times. The room cleaning was particularly disappointing: The toilet was not cleaned properly and used dishes were simply left in the room. For a 4-star category hotel, this is not acceptable. However, our complaint had an effect. A nice apology was made and the room cleaning improved.
Even with the actually very extensive breakfast buffet, there is a surprising negative point: Cappuccino or latte macchiato are apparently not included. Upon inquiry, we were told that we could get them ourselves at the bar. For a hotel of this category and an otherwise large breakfast selection, this is difficult for us to understand.
The hotel's location is good, our room was modern and spacious, the terrace sensational. The SH Jávea Hotel definitely has potential. Overall, however, it lacks attention to detail and service orientation. For us, a mediocre experience.

Worth repeating

A discovery in Jávea. Newly opened and 10 real minutes from the port and the beach. Impeccable and very clean. And we had dinner at the Producto restaurant. Newly opened. The cured beef, the tomato with tuna belly, and the sirloin were very delicious. Recommended.

Excellent hotel

Completely new hotel. Close to the sea. Very good facilities. The treatment from all the staff was magnificent, including that of its manager. The Product-O restaurant is excellent, with a chef who lives up to the hotel's category. Without a doubt, we will return.
