Terrible cleanliness and maintenance.

What a shame... since the location and the apartment itself was "exceptional." I say "was" because it is regrettable the lack of care regarding maintenance and cleanliness... cabinet doors chipped due to leaks and a musty smell. The terrace is fantastic but with seats that we could not use due to tremendous deterioration and especially dirt... If you stay on a Sunday and your bathroom floods due to leaks from the air conditioning in the bathroom... no one from SSTT is going to come to solve your issue...).
The bath and hand towels are stained and the bath mats are worn out, dirty walls, disgusting pillows, with covers that are clearly too short. Huge dust bunnies under the beds and nightstands, there were even papers with notes from previous guests under a trunk located in the room, a tremendous cobweb, also with dust on top of the fridge, luckily without a spider, I suppose it died of old age, etc...
I would give it 0 stars, however, I will give it 2, for the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, and for the detail of bringing us new towels after informing them of the regrettable state in which they were.
In summary, I do not recommend it.

Horrific nightmare

Horrible..disgusting! I do not know where to start .. the apartment I think has never been clean .. the nightmare bathroom, non-existent cleaning with the risk of catching some infection, drains comes out a sewer smell that infests the whole apartment .. stained sheets .. I stop here and attach photos

DONT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS

This is a con. We booked with mercado suites through booking. Com in Nov 25 for 9th June 2026. Today they have cancelled the booking saying that when they tried to take advanced payment my credit card was invalid. I have checked with my bank and there is no problem with the card. They do not answer their phone and have not replied to what’s app messages. The apartment is now available again for almost £300 more than we were quoted and agreed on booking.com.
They have advised booking.com we would need to rebook if we still want the apartment. But of course this would be at the increased rate. DONT BOOK WITH THEM

Wet mattresses

A nice and well located apartment, but the mattresses they have make you forget about the rest.
For the price they have they could well invest in mattresses, the 4 day stay has been a real nightmare every time it came to bed, 7 beds were not saved.
Too bad because the apartment is very nice.

The bed is for rest and sleep

The accommodation is exceptionally located, but it has trap mattresses are bad and old, impossible to rest on them, so the back sore and sleepless.
There were also no basic kitchen utensils and cutlery for everyone.
A shame with how beautiful it is and how well located it is.
