APARTMENT RULES: 1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment 2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces. 4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block. 5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than those listed in the reservation (including visitors) 6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00) 7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors. 8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras. 9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
