Great hotel
What a fabulous hotel!! Great location - very central to everything; lovely, bright, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Their commitment to being sustainable is admirable with bamboo keys instead of plastic and water available on every floor so water bottles can be refilled.

perfect hotel
the staff at this hotel where amazing they went above and beyond helping us book a taxi to the airport and warned us about taxis been very busy due to a festival in the city centre. couldn’t recomend this hotel anymore it was amazing the location was perfect every shop resturant or bar we went to in the center or by the harbour was no more than a 10 minute walk

Recent City Stay
Stayed here last week with our teenage kids, very nice room, so clean, location very central, I rang ahead regarding parking receptionist Jose was most helpful and very nice to us when we arrived, we will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a central location.
This hotel was great, front desk staff super helpful. The housekeeping at this hotel was brilliant. Bedroom spotless and decorated lovely, very cool vibe to the room and the full hotel. Air conditioning was excellent, would definitely recommend.

Extremly noisy room
Extremely noisy room.
I specifically asked for a quiet room.
The receptionist gave me a room on the first floor, directly facing the bar.
It is impossible to sleep because of the noise.
The evening receptionist refused to find a solution to the problem.

At the time of your arrival, only the room initially assigned to you and one alternative room were available. Our receptionist offered you the opportunity to change to the other available room in an effort to improve your comfort, but we understand that you decided not to accept this option.
Regarding the noise, it is true that there is a bar opposite the hotel. However, local regulations require outdoor terraces to remain quiet after midnight. We sincerely apologize if the noise before that time disturbed your rest.
