We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ópera. Staff was extremely helpful with providing restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed a glass of wine outside at their cafe every evening. Room was spacious and clean. We would definitely book here again!

Comfortable and Refined Stay

Hotel Ópera was recommended to me by my family and it did not disappoint! It’s centrally located and in a very comfortable area in the city. Yanira and Alvaro were very helpful during my stay and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Oh How I Disliked this Hotel.

I check in at the hotel and they put me in a pokey little room with barely enough space to fit the bed. The view was of the rubbish bins outside. Then there was the breakfast … possibly the worst I have seen for a long time; no wholemeal bread, no greek yoghurt. The breakfast room is hidden away and service doesn't start until 7:30 am …why SO late?
Then there's the restaurant … or is there? It is not made clear whether the restaurant is part of the hotel and available to guests or a separate establishment. To be honest, it looks much more like a separate cafe.
Considering this is supposed to be a classy hotel, I would not value it very highly.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your comments about your experience at the Hotel Ópera. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. The Hotel Ópera offers different types of rooms. From single rooms with one bed, to standard double and family rooms, to our rooms with terraces and whirlpool baths.
Breakfast includes a variety of foods, ranging from different types of bread, yogurt, various flavors of jam, different kinds of cheese, ham, pastries and cakes. Also hot dishes, and a selection of beverages are available. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is one of our most highly rated services. It begins at 7:30 a.m., but we also offer the option of preparing a lunch box in advance for guests who need to leave early.
The Café de la Ópera restaurant is located inside the hotel building; it belongs to the hotel and is separated from it only by an electric glass door. It is available for guest all the day.
We would have liked you to have shared your opinion with us at the hotel so that we could have offered you a better stay.
