Was perfect for arriving in Madrid. The staff was helpful and very nice. Just what I needed a private room with a bed and bath. Close to restaurants and sightseeing.

Staff and cleanliness were great. I think it was overpriced for what it is, though. My room was small with a tiny window that didnt have a view of anything but walls and split unit AC systems. There wasn't breakfast. I didnt see a nice common area where you could meet other travelers and have a drink. No bar. Just a hallway and a small room. For the price, I'd recommend a larger room with friendlier common areas.

Exceptional

Hotel in the center of Madrid, perfect welcome, small room but present everything you need, in the bathroom there are all the accessories even razor blades, toothbrush and toothpaste, which is very rare, available for guests free water, bottles of sparkling wine, cookies and mini muffy. Great experience, next time in Madrid I will definitely return.

TOP location for a city break

The location is absolutely TOP, everything close. Breakfast 50 m, bar 30 meters, food - 30 m. The room seemed very small to me at first, but : I didn't have to step on my toes, there was enough space to move us to do our own things. The first sight deceived, the room was very functional. The bed was comfortable, have nothing to complain about:) . The staff was very friendly and helpful, the reception is open 24 hours a day. A coffee machine is available directly at the Hostel. In the evening you can hear the sounds from the stairwell and the adjoining rooms. There was a hairdryer and: a toothbrush with toothpaste, a disposable razor with shaving foam, a comb and a hair hood. That surprised me. The usual shampoos, shower gel and body lotion anyway.
The only thing I didn't like were the windows, which were completely covered with frosted glass foil. The view went to the courtyard and the toilet was right next to the window, but the sight was disturbing - no view to the outside, despite existing shutters , which you could drive down. The price , 140€ per night , is a bit much for a Hostel.

JUST EXCELLENT

We booked 2 rooms in early September for 3 nights.
The reception was great we arrived in 2 groups and had no problems. Great rooms with everything you need, surprised us pleasantly. All very clean. The staff very friendly, attentive, willing to help resolve any questions about the city. The location is great, it is almost everything within 20 minutes walk (center area). It is true that you may hear something in the silence of the night from other guests down the hall, but honestly it is more annoying the noise of the street than the passage of a person, as it was all very respectful. If we have to go back to Madrid, I'm sure we'll repeat.
