The room was very clean. It is very small and didn't have windows, but it was perfect for what I needed.

Total scam

Deceptive advertising, it's not a hostel. It's a shabby old, ramshackle boarding house in the worst area of Bravo Murillo, the streets full of beggars and delinquents. Room and bathroom dwarfs where not even the suitcase fits. Attention from the very poor staff, in four days I was not made the room and I had to claim the change of towels and trash, having to do it myself. Unconscionable that you have to pay for coffee from a machine, since they offered it within the services of the hostel. What the price is for is abusive.

It was a basic room with private bath. The street side of the building was under construction so it was difficult to see the sign marking the interest. There are 7 or 8 stairs up to the lobby level where the elevator is located, so you need to carry your luggage up those stairs. The is a set of three keys - one for your room, one into the hostal, and one into the building. To exit the building, you need to push the button to the right of the door.
I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of noise from the street. My room faced the street and had a balcony as did the other rooms facing the street - but there were two sets of doors with double glass and also the standard Madrid external metal shutters. Little to no noise comes in from outside - but there was some noise from the apartments above us.

Lousy.

Very old hostel with small room and very bad value for money, the price is totally abusive for all the drawbacks it has

I really liked the location and the private bathroom.Great price. Very comfortable!
