Filth in the kitchens!!
I checked a previous comment about the state of the back of the hotel!! I confirm!! It is very dirty!!! Hundreds and hundreds of cigarette butts litter the ground!!! Not even capable of putting out an ashtray!! But what is the manager of this hotel doing?? Is he on vacation?? The quality of a hotel is defined by the cleanliness of the restrooms!! And the kitchens!! Given the filthiness of the cooks!! I imagine the worst!!

Excellent experience
Beautiful place, very clean hotel, trained staff, international food, I recommend all-inclusive
To access the sea there is a panoramic staircase of 181 steps to be taken calmly; the sea in the morning is spectacular.
Jacobo at the front desk was very professional.

A great visit!
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
We booked a one-bedroom bungalow, and the amount of space we had was excellent. It was much bigger than we expected and made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the food was good. It was fairly simple, but everything was well prepared and tasty.
The pool area was another highlight. Although it's not a huge pool, it was the perfect size for the hotel, and there was never any competition for sunbeds. Even around midday, there were still plenty available. The views from the hotel are absolutely incredible. One of our favourite things was sitting by the pool in the evening with a drink, watching the stunning sunsets.
Just outside the hotel are steps leading down to a beautiful beach, which is definitely worth visiting. The only warning is that the climb back up is quite steep and not for the faint-hearted!
The location is excellent too. It's only around 15 minutes by taxi from the airport and within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.
There were just a couple of very minor things we thought could be improved. We were surprised that there was an extra charge to use the safe in the room, as this isn't something we've come across before. It wasn't a major issue, just unexpected. We also found it a little strange that although there was a good selection of drinks included with the all-inclusive package, not a single cocktail was included. It would be great if the hotel considered adding a couple of basic cocktails to the all-inclusive menu in the future.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. We'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

An experience to live and repeat!
Kind and helpful staff. Great variety and quality of the buffet with, also, ample hours to be able to eat meals.
Property featuring an outdoor pool overlooking one of the main coves of Menorca, sea nearby, clean rooms with linen change and cleaning every morning.
