Nice little room for a couple or one person but I’m pretty sure they have family rooms. Good service and good staff. Everyone have different opinions with their stay . Negative!! Maybe make rooms a little bit a sound proof so you don’t have to put up with whatever is happening next door.

Everything was good happy with our stay especially having a security guard there overnight, makes us feel safe when returning late

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Access to markets, shops, restaurants and laundry was all nearby. Their staff were so lovely, including the big boss very friendly and made our overall experience amazing. Thank you Moatoga hotel and team for your care and customer service. Myself and family will definitely be coming back.

Horrible! Stay Away!!!

Filthy and disgusting. Very dishonest operation. They advertise all sorts of things they don't actually provide: working TVs, internet, airport shuttle, meals.
I made a mistake with my online booking and they wouldn't fix it. Even though I had only booked one incorrect night for a few minutes before I let them know, they would not refund that night.
I still stayed 2 nights; I had put in the wrong night because of the international date line!!

Convenient Location but Rooms and Facilities Need Improvement

Location
Comfortable bed
Cons:
Limited TV channels
Small rooms
Poor workmanship which can be unsafe for some travellers
Building debris and rubbish stored and visible to hotel guests.
Overall experience:
The motel is in a great location right across from the markets and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and town. However, the rooms are quite small, and the building has some noticeable faults, such as uneven stairs to the second level and poor workmanship in the bathroom with gaps and uneven surfaces. It was a comfortable stay overall and fine if you just need a bed for the night, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. Kudos to the security guard who stays up all night keeping the property safe.
