Amazing stay near the action!
This place is fabulous. If you are looking for space in central Lisbon to accommodate a family, look no further. It was two of us one this trip and we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. It was clean, modern and whisper quiet.
Each bedroom had its own picture window, large very comfortable king bed, full bath, and mini split AC unit. The primary bedroom has a large flatscreen TV too, although we had issues connecting to it WiFi and it’s mounted to the wall in such a way we couldn’t access the connections in the back for a streaming device. The kitchen/dining area were well equipped and came with starter items. If you’re looking to cook your own meals there’s a grocery store right next door. The living room space was on the small side but had a very comfortable sleeper couch, a large picture window, AC unit and large flatscreen tv with a Firestick. The WiFi was also great.
The location is a major selling point. It’s just a block or so off Avenida da Liberdade so you have easy access to shopping and dining without the traffic and noise. It was about a 20 minute walk to praça do comércio. The walk back was very slightly uphill but not enough to even notice.
Overall, we loved our stay and plan to book again when we come pack to Lisbon.

The space was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient and walkable, with plenty of things nearby.
The only downside is that the hospital is literally around the corner, so you will hear sirens throughout the day and night. However, it did not take away from our overall experience.
I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable apartment style
We stayed 4 nights at Postcode Liberdade recently. It was very clean and comfortable. Pedro was very responsive and provided information prior to and throughout our stay (there is someone on site 9-5) but they can easily help you arrange check in outside of these hours. The key is a digital lock that you can either punch in or swipe on your phone to open the doors.
The apartment style was great, to have a kitchen available and many grocery stores nearby. They provided all the utensils and plates needed to make use of it. The space is well utilized and modern, we really liked the design. I wish I could take the shower home with me- amazing heat and pressure after a long day exploring! To note- they provide conditioner which is not always the case in Europe.
The rooftop garden was under construction but there is a nice ground level outdoor private space as well. Location was a bit further out of the busy areas which was nice, and still walkable to the main avenue and centre. The street can be busy at times so we opted to take Ubers from side streets where stopping was easier.

Don't go.
The serious problem I had is that they sent me an email to complete my information and a payment link for the tourist tax that needed to be paid, and after that, they send you the keys to be able to enter. I paid the fees with Apple Pay a few hours before arriving. But they did not send me the keys. When I arrived at the place around 7 in the evening, there was no one at the reception to solve the problem. The reception is. Always empty.
I had to call by phone and pay for an international call of at least forty minutes. The person who answered my call insisted that I had to pay the tax again and then they would reimburse me. I did not want to do it because who could assure me 1. That this time it would work 2. That it was not a scam. After an hour and a half and speaking with another person, I managed to get them to give me the access codes.
I am very disappointed with this experience and I certainly would not return nor would I recommend it. Airbnb works much better.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances. Next to a Auchan mini market.
