Hotel Swing is a gem

Hotel Swing is a gem. About 5 to 10 mins from Krakow old town and taxis are very reasonable. The man made beach next to the hotel is a wonderful bonus especially on sunny days. The splash zone is a great way to cool off. I would have liked a pool outside or inside the hotel because it doesnt have one. Reason being is because there is a huge water park next door which is great but sometimes you dont want to go to a water park and would prefer to swim in the hotel and not have to leave it. There is a huge shopping centre next door as well. Three floors of shopping on rainy days. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. Reception were friendly and helpful. The room we booked was a triple room but it was a twin with a camp bed and it was very small when they put the camp bed into it so on the 2nd day we paid extra and got a suite as we were staying for a week and the room was absolutely amazing. It was huge and had a separate living space. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast which was perfectly fine. I would definitely stay in The Swing again but in a suite.

Absolutely loved it.

We stayed for a weekend at Hotel Swing and it exceeded our expectations. We chose an apartment room and it was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, with TVs, plenty of comfortable seating, an amazing bathroom with additional WC. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Plus tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. We enjoyed breakfast on both mornings and there was a wide range of options available. Staff were friendly and we also had dinner in the hotel which was absolute perfection. Very happy and would stay again! Thank you!

Excellent service brilliant hotel. Bring your swimming costume as you get an hour in the leisure oool and fitness club included in the room rate

Clinical and unwelcoming

Stayed here over christmas as part of an organised tour. Very clinical and unwelcoming, in the middle of a commercial estate. Room was quite depressing and there was no comfortable seating area/lounge. Breakfast was ok, but the evening meals were dreadful, only one choice so a case of take it or leave it.!

Unhappy Xmas !

We stayed over Xmas as the main destination of a coach holiday.
As a Xmas holiday, the experience was abysmal. Dinner was served in an overlit room reminiscent of a conference hall with zero festive atmosphere. Staff were unwelcoming in general & the food of a poor standard with no choice @ dinner. There was nowhere to get any refreshments during the day.
Rooms were clean but poorly lit with very uncomfortable beds. Our room had peeling wallpaper, dirty net curtains & a broken lamp.
The location is good for parking but a long way from the historic centre.
