Relaxing visit

Arrived and had lunch. Staff were friendly and everything was presented without asking. In Peru it's not uncommon that you must ask for many things and do the jobs of other people. ( incomptent) Nice to relax and everything was good. The food was all made to order the chicken breast was cooked very nicely moist and tender. Waitstaff checked on us mutiple times and didnt feel rushed. If you are from the United States this hotel is set up like a Embassy Suites just not to that level. Hotel was clean in all areas and I would defenatly come back again.

Just warm water in the shower

The shower only has warm water. I complained for two days of stay, only to waste my time and patience. They never fixed it or looked at me in a room. I only had warm to cold water. Terrible coming back from work to have to shower with cold to warm water.

Disappointed

Supposedly they had recommended this hotel to me, however when I returned from breakfast, they had already gone into the room to clean, in other words they forced me to check out before the established time, at no time did I give authorization for them to enter the room to clean up with my things in there, and I didn't hand over the key either. They made my stay here uncomfortable.
For a change, I went out to the hallway, there was a kind of room to charge my cell phone and the young man who was sweeping didn't care that I was there, raising all the dust from the floor a few steps from me, a total lack of respect.

Very neat and friendly service.

A well put and cozy hotel, near Cajamarca´s main square and most of the city atractives. It has a good restaurant with angreat cook that serves the gests until late hours, prices are pretty decent, but the best they have is their staff, they did made every effort to make us feel most welcome, at the end, a home away from home. I do recomend it.

Nice hotel, good location, over priced

We stayed here as the hotel we originally booked wasn't open and most hotels in town where booked out.
It's an upmarket hotel a block and a half away from the main square, so location is great.
The room was clean, comfortable beds, good shower etc, but you'd expect that from an upmarket hotel. Breakfast was also a good buffet.
They also stored our bags for us.
The 240 Soles per night they charged was way to high for what it's worth. Whilst it was a higher standard relatively it wasn't worth the price.
