I had a good stay at Villa Sofia! Roberto was a genuinely friendly host. It's a very small hotel so it feels a bit more like a hostel, which I loved. The shared kitchen was a very welcome and practical amenity, especially that there is a supermarket nearby. Some minor inconveniences, by example there was no hot water and the issue was only fixed on the day of checkout. Although Cancun is very hot this time of year so I didn't mind the lukewarm showers. It's also too bad the pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days I was there, and the 2 other days I had other plans so I didn't get to enjoy the pool although it was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel

Cute little apartment in downtown Cancun. Walking distance to bars and mall :) Roberto was super friendly

Great value for money - nice hotel!

Very nice room with everything you need! Roberto and Frank are super helpful and you get great tips.
The location is optimal - just opposite is a huge supermarket and good restaurants in the area. The price-performance ratio is top. A small swimming pool and a cosy terrace are available. In addition, the property has a shared kitchen, which is super equipped. We'll be back!

So thankful for Sofía Holiday. We had traveled and been awake for almost 48 hours. Quaint. Quiet. Loved the little extras. The mattress was hard, but after being awake for two days: we slept well! Would stay again!
