Bad experience.

Precise and confusing care. Poorly cared for facilities. Smell of mold in the dorm and cigarette everywhere.
Lack of attention and willingness to solve small problems that end up becoming big.
It was a sadly bad experience.

Not so clean.
The type of room i reserved was not available although it was previously booked and confirmed.
