Perfect family stay in Beirut

We had a wonderful family stay at Imperial Suites Beirut. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — ideal for traveling with kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. We felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for families visiting Beirut!

Horrible stay

Horrible stay.
Room on the 1st floor with a view of the electric generator. Impossible to sleep at night!
Hair in the bathroom. Room dated and not very clean
The staff is completely indifferent and without empathy
I recommend the Pancaster hotel in the same street but a thousand times better and for the same price!

The hotel is amazing and so beautiful, very good service and cleanliness.. But there is a problem that the freezer and the air conditioner make some noise.. Overall review it's amazing😍😍😍

emplyer for morning shift she doesnt has any customer service exprience she was very mean

im not going to stop by again before change customer service employer (employer morning shift lady and wi-fi was very week in side the room )
was clean nice and breakfast was delicious was close to city center every things available around it
