We had a great time at this resort. Due to non-traveling season, no that many people visited, such that we had all the park, spa and many facilities to ourselves. Our personal assistant Naomi was excellent. She responded to my Wechat message almost instantly and solved all the small questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you have kids of 1 to 12 years old!

The family stayed in a suite at the Spring Muyuan Blue Grape Hotel on Christmas. The hotel service is really good, and they respond to every request! If you are traveling as a family, choosing a suite is more than comfortable. The environment is first-class, the service is first-class, and the most important thing is to send gifts when you check out. The most important thing is Xiaojing customer service. The service is really super 5🌟, all my needs are met , she replied as soon as possible, and responded quickly, the service is simply great! In the future, if you come to Chunmuyuan, you will choose blue grapes!

A very nice small town! Perfect for a short getaway! Children's play facilities are enough to play for a while! The hotel apartment style is very suitable for families to travel with the elderly and children! The service is very good, and there are special staff to follow up! The Xiaomei service at the front desk is very considerate! like!

[Value for money] I originally planned to live in a hotel outside the town. After an in-depth comparison, the villas that can accommodate six people basically cost 1500-2500, and they are all entrusted to an intermediary housekeeper. The sanitary conditions are not very good, and considering In addition, it costs one or two hundred per person to buy a ticket for the hot spring paradise, so I decided to live in a small town! Blue Grape's suite is the only one in the town that can accommodate six people and includes a package ticket. [Guest room] is full of humanistic care: For example, the buttons in the room will have labels indicating which light they correspond to, and the bathrobes and slippers are clearly marked. There are even warm reminders on how long the hot water will be available for each tap. The room is very new, the design is very stylish and warm, and the sound insulation is very good. Watching the World Cup on the first floor and breastfeeding the baby at night did not affect the rest on the second floor. [Service] Details! care! Thanks to Xiao Gu in the front hall for helping us carry our luggage and deliver the fruit plate, and the waiter Ye for organizing. Because I said in advance that I was bringing a baby, the room had already placed a crib and a foldable bathtub when I checked in. When we went out to play in the afternoon, they also kindly helped us put the slippers beside the bed and hang the bathrobes in the bathroom, which is convenient for us to use in the hot spring at night. [Food] Both meals were eaten in the first cafeteria. The breakfast voucher of 200 yuan is enough for six adults. The variety is also rich and clean. There are also bars, barbecues, and fried chicken burgers on the way back to the hotel after running the hot springs in the evening, all of which are relatively hygienic in the park. It can also be ordered through the front desk and delivered to the room. [Environment] It is really unique, surrounded by mountains and rivers, with fresh air and wide vision. The facilities in the town are very complete, and you can play for two or three days.
