Not my vibe

If you want a hotel that has clear windows in the toilet with no privacy, mirrors above the bed and a view of a yellow wall, this is for you. It was clean and great location and hot tub clean and big with good communication. But the air con was loud, the room has no privacy and the view was non-existent.

Lack of tub maintenance

My boyfriend gave me this relaxation experience for our anniversary: the idea was to have a whirlpool bath. We start filling the tub until I decide to turn on the side hydromassage. Black material starts coming out of the pipes. Having a Jacuzzi tub at home, I feel I can say that it was sludge collected due to lack of maintenance and cleaning of the tub.
We had to get out and wash ourselves immediately in the shower. As for the rest, the check-in absolutely needs to be reviewed.

I WOULD NOT CALL IT A SUITE&SPA EXPERIENCE

I had a terrible experience in this facility. After checking in in the afternoon and taking a tour of the city, I returned with my girlfriend around 8pm. We decide to eat and by 10pm we wanted to have a whirlpool. ICE WATER!!!
They could not solve the problem as the technician communicated that the boiler had come off. They call me at 11pm and tell me to wait 1.30h before they can give me a hot tub. I wait and still at 01:30 at night the hot water had not returned.
In the morning I go out and
Breakfast was poor, bad I dare say.
The “Technician” asks me how it went and I am forced to tell him the truth, that I had not been able to take advantage of the services offered and that they certainly had not helped to solve the problem. Having become upset he shouts at me and tells me to check out at 10 am and I replied that we were already ready to do it (9:45) and that in the afternoon they would call me to be able to find a solution. As expected I did not receive any call to be able to make up for it, not only did they look cheap, but thinking they were right they did not move to be able to satisfy the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Nice room but bad communication.

The room is clean, comfortable and super centrally located. We found an aperitif and water in the mini bar at our disposal. It is equipped with every comfort and well furnished. Breakfast is also great although not too varied.
Unfortunately I can not speak well of the reception and communication. Check-in to be reviewed.
I warned half an hour before arriving but no one was there on arrival. I called and they gave us a code for the door but halfway up the stairs I heard they were fighting on the phone because they didn't know which room to give us and they shut down communication. Then they make us sit in the lobby and then give us the right directions to access the room.
I asked for the codes to get back at 6pm and they answered me at 9pm.
I asked for a blanket since there was no and still waiting for answer.
