A magnificent stay, breathtaking view of the sea
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this residence.
We came as a couple, with our dog (the team is dog-friendly and the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, which allows our little ones not to get too hot).
Our apartment, comfortable and very well maintained, provided us with an ideal setting to relax.
The view from the apartment is magnificent; it was a real pleasure to wake up or to be able to eat on the balcony facing this breathtaking view.
The exterior of the residence is also very well maintained by a gardener who works every day to provide us with the best possible setting.
The proximity to the sea is a true delight, and the pool, which is very well maintained and arranged in a very pleasant way, is a real plus for the vacation.
The welcome from Isabelle and Mathieu, the owner of the place, was particularly warm. Together, they form a team that is available, attentive, smiling, and especially endearing.
Everything is in place for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
We only spent a week there, but we would have dreamed of being able to extend our stay.
This is an address we recommend without hesitation and where we hope to return one day!

Good location but...
We stayed for a week, the residence is in a 'great location, from our two-room apartment we had a beautiful view mare.Avendo asked for a two-room apartment on the ground floor and I piacenta.La beach is within walking distance, the apartment was nice with new furniture, with comfortable beds, the basic kitchen with few accessories for cooking. The structure needs a restyling especially in outdoor areas and more care for green areas , in driveways and flower beds . A deposit of 450 euros is required and a very thorough and pretentious final cleaning by the owner, otherwise 100 euros are retained, not a few for a two-room apartment! We chose to return the apartment clean and tidy, the owner at check out did a very strict check, in our presence, to see if the apartment was tidy, clean and that there was no damage. You are even required to disassemble the knobs of the stove and cast iron rings, the broom and the paddle must be put back in a certain way, you have to empty the shower cap, absurd all this and really exaggerated and pretentious. Fortunately we passed the "cleaning test" and they did not withhold 100 euros.
Bed linen rental is extra, 49 euros.
I would like to point out that all these extra charges are required only after booking, i.e. after payment of the deposit, it is not very correct. Beware of ants the residence is invaded and they enter the house.

Holiday 2025
We had a very nice holiday from September 28 to October 12, 2025. Very well maintained residence with heated pool and jaccuzi. Apartment G1 , impeccable with terrace and sea view. Very beautiful beach almost at our feet. We thank Isabelle and José for their friendliness and extreme kindness. We look forward to returning.

beautiful holidays in this residence
Residence at the top ,beautiful heated pool with jacuzzi which unfortunately broke down during our stay ,very well maintained residence ,very clean accommodation ,comfortable bedding,sea view ,beach accessible on foot ,quiet finally that positive for the residence .the managers José and Isabelle are 2 adorable people,helpful very competent ,always available .Thank you José for your delicious cocktails .Thanks for your advice and address and our discussions really lovely couple changed nothing and we ,we hope to see you again next year . Be well and above all take care of yourself

Excellent residence
We spent a week at the Telemachus, really a very nice place, with top facilities, a very well equipped apartment, a wooded exterior and very well maintained a swimming pool and jacuzzi at the top also, and the sea has 50 meters , a very friendly boss not to mention José and his wife who welcomed us very well and who answered all our questions and expectations
