Perfect honeymoon!
We booked the Elysium for our honeymoon and it was better than we could have ever imagined. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff were so welcoming and the 5 star service started straight away. Checking in was seamless and our refreshing welcome drink went down a treat! We had booked the deluxe sea view room and we were welcomed with flowers, balloons and a bottle of wine to start our celebrations. The bed was huge and plenty of space in the wardrobes, room very spacious for the two of us. The view from the balcony was by far the best in the hotel, every evening we watched the most beautiful sunset. The hotel is absolutely fabulous. Completely spotless and smells luxurious!
We booked a couples spa treatment on our first which was perfect, so relaxing and helped us unwind after our wedding.
We ate at Mediterraneo, Bacci and O’Shin. We didn’t have a favourite as all were just as delicious as each other and offered a completely different experience. All the food we had was faultless, from breakfast to the pool bar to dinner. Every single member of staff was friendly, attentive and polite. It’s really what makes this hotel so special, nothing was too much.
The location of the hotel is perfect, easy access to the town and harbour with shuttle buses provided by the hotel and also far enough it’s peaceful and relaxing.
We will definitely be back and cannot wait to book again for next year. Thank you all for making our honeymoon a dream!

Another perfect stay at Elysium Hotel in Paphos — exceptional service, outstanding food, and heartfelt hospitality!
Our most recent stay at the magnificent Elysium Hotel last weekend was, once again, an absolutely flawless experience. Every visit confirms why this beautiful hotel in Paphos feels like our home away from home.
From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Jerry, whose kindness and politeness truly set the tone for the entire stay. His genuine hospitality and ever-present smile make every arrival feel special and personal.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight, not only because of the exceptional quality and variety of the food, but also thanks to the wonderful Mrs Marina. She is always so hospitable, positive, and attentive — her warm energy during breakfast service makes the start of the day even more enjoyable. Mrs Retchell also deserves special recognition for her positive vibes and lovely compliments that made our mornings brighter.
Our dining experience at Oshin restaurant was elevated by Mr Andreas and his exceptional service. Professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to guest satisfaction, he ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish.
We would also like to sincerely thank Mrs Victoria for her kindness and her genuine effort to resolve the small issue we had with the mobile app. Her willingness to assist and ensure everything was working smoothly reflects the high standards of care the hotel consistently delivers.
The food throughout the hotel was simply perfect — beautifully prepared and full of flavour — and the level of service from every single employee was exceptional. What stands out most at Elysium is that the team doesn’t just provide service; they create an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality.
Having visited multiple times over the years, we can confidently say that the standards not only remain consistently high but continue to exceed expectations. It is rare to find a place where excellence feels so natural and effortless.

Excellent
We recently enjoyed a family stay at the Elysium and it lived up to its reputation as one of the best hotels in Paphos area. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional; the staff were consistently warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Special mentions to Fontus, Elena, Mike (Occidental Bar) and Rafaela & Anastasia (Pool Bar).
The facilities are excellent. The pools and gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a beautiful atmosphere whilst also being family friendly. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, providing a great base for our stay.
A big thank you to Rachel, Sheila and Udine at the Kids Club and Crèche who took excellent care of our son and daughter during the stay.
Overall, we were also impressed by the dining options, particularly the breakfast, which offered a great variety of good quality choices. The only slight drawback is that the beverages are on the expensive side. If you are looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway, I highly recommend the Elysium. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

5 Star luxury in every way!
From the initial greeting from the doorman on arrival who was clearly very passionate about the hotel, to the wonderful heartfelt goodbye from the guest relations lady, every single staff interaction throughout the 8 night stay was warm, confident and authentic.
The studio rooms in the Royal Wing are beautifully furnished and the private pool for the wing is such a great bonus, with amenities delivered at the pool throughout day, extra comfy sun beds and lots of space whatever time you arrived at the pool.
Great food at an extremely reasonable price point - really enjoyed the Mediterranean restaurant. The team there is very special, especially the Polish waitress. Loved her motherly, comforting style of service. It made us feel so welcome.
We have stayed in so many 5-star hotels in Cyprus and whilst they were "good," they kind of play at being 5-star. The Elysium is truly a luxury 5-star property. The attention to detail is prevalent everywhere and makes such a difference.
Housekeeping was a real standout, rooms were immaculate, and always serviced at the right times. We never were interrupted and never went back to unserviced room. Loved the sweet treats and mineral water that were delivered everyday.
Just one small thing I would change is access to the Adults only Royal Wing pool - a gate with card access would make it so much easier for the team to manage and for guests not to be interrupted by rouge kids.
We both work for luxury hotel brands (don’t have hotels in Cyprus) and are very picky, we were truly delighted that the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The best holiday!
The most lovely hotel, our trip was incredible from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful even with arrangements before our arrival. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were lovely and we specifically fell in love with the beds and how quiet it was, we had the best sleep we've had in a long time. The food at every restaurant was impeccable but if you wanted to go out you also have everything you need right on your doorstep, and the harbour is only a short walk/drive. Will definitely go back and recommend.
