Must stay very peaceful
Amazing serenity. Went for our anniversary and it was just beautiful peaceful and the spa was an added bonus. Lovely places near by to dine and able to have a great bbq on site . Would definitely recommend. Beautiful wildlife around too. Lovely spot. Great amenities

Worst accommodation ever booked.
Upon first impressions the place looks quirky and rustic, it is anything but.
Flooding bathroom downstairs.
No bedside tables.
Unstable deck without railing to a 3m drop where the main deck is around spa.
The use of the word Kitchenette is a stretch, it's a sink and if you can find the plug in induction cooktop, good luck finding anywhere to put it to cook.
Kettle was scummy and smelt.
Used the side burner on the bbq to cook, but the bbq itself was dirty.
Looked for something to clean the bbq and opened the cupboard underneath it, full of random junk.
All that separates the guest stay from main house is a cabinet pushed across a hallway. You can hear people on the other side....
The bed was SO hard in the downstairs bedroom we woke up with sore bodies.
No top sheets on the bed and pillows smelt.
Loft bedroom had a door the led to the "attic" space behind the bedroom. Filled with rubbish and just (actually looked like something from a horror movie).
Draws in every cupboard has rubbish and one even had an old printer?
No towels in loft bathroom.
Oh, and if you were planning (as we were) to use the pictured treadmill, think again! The cord has been removed and it's 20+ years old.
And just to top it off, another family arrived and interrupted us, saying they had also booked the accommodation. Obviously this was not their fault and we felt bad for them because it was nearly 6:00pm.
They called the owner and she was questioning whether we had paid & had a booking??
Booked and paid directly through their website (I always try to do this so the owners don't loose a % to externals), emailed the morning of check in to confirm process of check in and recieved a response from the same owner now on the other end of the phone. Also had called on arrival for key box combination to access the property.
Just to top it off, she later that night emailed me asking me to forward my receipt.
Never again. Felt a lot less then the tranquil, quiet getaway we had planned. We woke up and had left by 7:30am the next morning.
For $290 a night, save your money or look elsewhere. Pics to show the actual property, not dressed up as per online photos at booking.
I'm seriously considering asking for my money back.

Fantastic location, Great accommodation and extremely helpful and welcoming hosts. If in doubt reach out Annie was very accommodating.
Don’t believe all the negative reviews—businesses evolve, and constructive feedback is key! I reached out to Annie before booking and received a prompt, helpful response, setting clear expectations. The property was exactly as described—calm, peaceful, and well-presented. While there’s no full kitchen, the kitchenette is well-equipped with a sink, air fryer, toaster, electric hob, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, and a new Nespresso Vertuo. A spotless BBQ with utensils was ready to use. The hot tub was pre-heated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with crisp bedding, fresh towels, and soaps. A cupboard stocked with games and brand-new crockery was a great touch. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time—I’m already planning a return trip with family! The location is perfect for pubs, wine tasting, and activities. Thank you!

Best treehouse in the Perth hills!
This Airbnb was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the hills and surrounded by trees, it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of everyday life. The property was gorgeous, with plenty of space to wander and take it all in. The home itself was stunning—beautify designed and perfectly cozy. It definitely felt like you were in a giant tree house!
Check-in was super easy, and the hosts couldn’t have been sweeter. The beds were so comfy—I didn’t want to get up in the mornings—and the aircon was spot on, keeping everything just right. Perfect Relaxing Getaway
Blown away by how stunning this place is. Nestled in a leafy valley, everything about the place makes you unwind. The ‘French Room’ we stayed in was lovely, large shower, spotless & comfortable rooms with a small fridge too. Lesley the host is fabulous, very friendly & down to earth and you can tell she loves the place as much as the guests, with the numerous little ‘attention to details’ throughout. Peace, privacy & stunning surroundings.. will definitely return!
