Beautiful place. Everything is clean. People that look after this place are great. If you staying here during colder months you probably want be able to use pool because it's not heated. I'm not sure for other rooms but where we stayed there was small kitchen with everything you need. Fridge, sink, microwave, small hotplate with kind of small oven(one unit together),plates, cups, utensils.
3-4 minutes drive to the main street.
There is also barbecue area outside.

A great place to stay

I had a great time staying here. A large clean fully equipped room with lots of snacks, breakfast and coffee. Free Netflix, comfortable beds and a great shower. Will definitely stay here again

Charm and convenience.

We recently stayed at Fairway Manor Accommodation in Northam, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled high on a hill, the property offers panoramic views of the townsite that are breathtaking both day and night. Whether you're a business traveller or a holidaymaker, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. I’d gladly return for another stay.

The extra very thoughtful touches make you feel warmly welcomed and nurtured, especially after travelling. We feel we got the 'deluxe' room; if not we certainly felt we received 'deluxe' service and consideration. Friendly service, comfortable bedding, soft linen, clean and functional ensuite, all you need in the kitchenette, ease of parking and a relaxing, scenic setting make this accommodation easy to highly recommend. Perfect location for a weekend in the Avon Valley

We spontaneously booked a night in advance of our Avon Valley ballooning.
The location with a view over Northam was brilliant. The rooms with their thoughtful and functional fit out surprised us and we really enjoyed our short time within the comfort of our room.
You could easily stay here many days and the pool and gardens would be brilliant to use in warmer weather.
