Average Hotel
The rest of the place needs work. When we arrived to our first room, the AC wasn’t working and although maintenance came quickly, it took an hour to diagnose the issue and help us to move to a new room which had good AC. In the second room the drapes fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night and when we went to tell the desk the next day, their reaction told me this was a regular occurrence. The noise from the trains is loud and regular. Our closet was in the kitchen area. The instructions for the washer/dryer are for a different model than the one in the room. The front desk team didn’t acknowledge us as we went through. Overall a strange and average stay. With so many choices, I’d say somewhere else in the future.

Convienent location
Had a great view of river from my room. Due to this there is a bit of noise from the railway and tram but it was not overbearing.
Easy to walk to conference centre, Flinders Station and there was a tram stop a minute from hotel including the historic circle route. The city is easy to navigate due its design.
Swimming pool could have been warmer.
Elvie on reception was very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here for three nights, and the room was perfect and spacious. It was great to have a kitchen, as I was able to do some cooking and reheat food. The bedroom and bathroom were also very clean.
At reception, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named August. She greeted me with a big smile and introduced me to the city using a map, recommending some top sightseeing places. This was very useful to me. Thanks to her, I now have a very good impression of Melbourne as it's my first time to Australia, and I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel again.
