Exceptional Stay, Even More Exceptional People

Just wrapped up a stay at Element Waco and had to sit down and write this one. The whole team here gets it right, gracious, attentive, the kind of hospitality that makes a trip feel easy instead of just functional.
But I have to give a special shoutout to Mariam and Adriana, who run breakfast. Hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in this class of property. You can tell it's not just a job to them. Every plate, every detail, it's clear they take real pride in making sure guests feel taken care of. That kind of heart is rare, and it shows.
If you're headed to Waco, do yourself a favor and book here. Great location, great staff, and a breakfast worth waking up early for. Ask for Mariam and Adriana. They'll take care of you.

We had a very nice stay. The swimming pool is beautiful and we spent the afternoon just hanging out at the pool. You can play chess at the pool or corn hole it was just a nice place to stay. we had dinner and breakfast there and the food was very good. We sat in the lobby and played a game and had a few drinks. It was a very relaxing girls weekend

No turkey based breakfast

The hotel was top notch and very clean with a fee breakfast. Just a suggestion, ditch the turkey bacon and sausage and get some real food. This is Texas not California.

The housekeeping needs work. Check out is at 12pm. At 9am we were still asleep and housekeeping walks right in. Sees us in bed and walks out. 10:30am she walks back in while I’m in the bathroom. Where I told her check out is at 12pm stop barging in our room. I informed the check out desk before I left. She assured me someone would reach out to me. 5 days later, still nothing. So I called the hotel and they told me again someone would reach out. I still have yet to receive a call.

Home away from home

Thank you for being a home away from home while my daughter recovered from her surgery. Great stay for the 4 weeks! Great people! Thank you Miriam and Adriana for feeding us in the morning, and always smiling! You were amazing!
