Boutique hotel with thoughtful care
I can’t begin to explain without being effusive just how awesome this hotel was for us. It was the middle of our Mighty Five journey and it didn’t disappoint. The reservation process was amazingly efficient. The text confirmations weren’t repetitive. The check-in was informative. The room was AMAZINGLY clean. The view was sublime. The optional breakfast box was great. The fire pit was a great place to gather with other travelers and we had a wonderful time exchanging details. Some were Zion to Arches, some were Arches to Zion, and others were Vegas out and back. The rooftop deck was a great spot to check out the stars. The next morning the sunrise on the terrain was insanely beautiful and we enjoyed a complimentary press pot/Keurig choice in the spacious room.
The fridge had complimentary drinks. There were local chocolates, craft honey candies, and amazing local cookies all complimentary.
They even provided a list of dining options with hours of operation by meal times. How thoughtful!
I would very much stay here again. Do not give this place a miss.

One of our top favorite places ever.
We loved our two nights in this hotel. The view was amazing and the people were very nice.
What I wish the big chains would copy is that EVERYTHING in the room (drinks, water, snacks) is included in the price. No alcohol, of course, but such a pleasure to not get nickeled and dime'ed.
I liked the use of the AppleTV streaming box to get a wide selection of streaming options.
We liked to sit out on the back patio to enjoy the view.
It is popular, so book way in advance. We booked in January for our mid-May stay.
The front exterior is not very attractive to me, but don't let that dissuade you.
It is located on the west side of Torrey, so the drive to Capital Reef SP is a couple of miles longer, which should not be a big deal to anyone who drove here in the first place.
The bed was very comfortable. And the HVAC kept the room the right temperature without blasting us with wind like some of the chains do.
The odd thing was that we could clearly hear voices in the ceiling bathroom air vent in room 13, but keeping the bathroom closed solved the problem.
If we come back, we would have to stay here!

Complementary snacks, goodies and French press coffee were exceptional. Design of building and room were artistically tasteful. Didn’t realize only certain rooms came with hot tubs and no tubs were open to all. Only strange thing was no closet or even hangers in room, only several hooks, so you literally live out of your suitcase.

Peace, Design, Beauty
On a 10 day trip around the 4 corners, this was our absolute favorite hotel. It had just what we needed. It was curiously designed, clean, peaceful and had amazing views. We could stand at the back glass doors for hours. The hot tub was even better than we expected and the place was overall just what we wanted.

Unique place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef National Park
This is a unique, beautiful place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef National Park. We stayed in one of the skylight domes, which was spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need, including two ways to make coffee! And chilled water, snacks, and beverages. We loved the fire pit at night with the complimentary s'mores. It was so fun to meet other guests and swap hiking stories! Note though, if you stay in the domes, while you have your own private well-appointed bathroom, you need to walk a minute or two to get there. That being said, the area was pretty quiet, and I never heard anyone else walking around at night. The deck for viewing the stars was wonderful as well.
