Flight was at 8PM and booked this location half way to our destination, picked up the rental, took the ferry and drove straight to the hotel. Arrived at midnight expecting them to be open. I guess my fault for not calling but I assumed like a normal hotel they had someone working all night. Office told me they close at 10PM. not happy waiting for us for 2 hours. Place is older. Slept on top of the bed comforter. WNBA.

A roof over your head for a heafty almost $300. A night
Although the owner was VERY NICE and Helpful. The room was a decent size, yet very outdated. The curtains wouldn't open to see the outdoor beautiful view. Couldn't open window for the great breeze, no screen. Blind was broken. Fire place was cool to look at, doesn't work. Had to move to another room on the Last night. Shower curtain smelt so fowel as my pillow. I had to put the shower curtain out on the patio. TV volume wasn't working. Wall light wouldn't stay on. Almost $300. A Night. Stayed 5 nights. And as we packed our car to leave, someone threw up near the rear passengers bumper!

This a mediocre motel at best. The room smelled faintly of urine, and there were only the bare essentials. No breakfast. For the price, this is a poor stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had because of the owner’s behavior. We arrived around 1:00 AM due to unexpected travel issues that were completely beyond our control. Although the hotel has a 10:00 PM check-in policy, I explained my situation politely and expected at least a basic level of understanding or assistance.
Instead, the owner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in empathy. Rather than trying to help or discuss any possible solution, he told us to “get out” and threw us out of the lobby as if we were beggars. The language and tone he used were unacceptable and humiliating. No customer should ever be treated that way, regardless of hotel policies.
I understand that businesses have rules, but professionalism and basic human decency should never be optional. Even if late check-in wasn’t possible, the owner could have handled the situation respectfully instead of insulting and humiliating paying guests.
Because of this experience, I have also requested the booking platforms through which I made my reservation to review and remove this property from their listings so that future travelers do not have to go through the same disrespectful treatment.
I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here if they value respectful customer service. Policies are understandable, but treating guests with dignity should be the minimum standard.

Fleabag
Worst fleabag ever. Terrible noise from both adjoining rooms. Beds and pillows hard. And desk clerk who decided my companion and I needed to sleep in separate beds!
