Amazing Honeymoon

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here from 7/26/26-7/30/26! Everything and everyone was wonderful! The hotel itself, our room, and extra amenities were very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and the proximity to the historic district was fantastic! A special recognition to Beverly, JC, Juan, Anna, Dion, and so many others who went above & beyond in their service and care! They made our trip extra special and we are grateful for their kindness! ❤️

Great location, great Staff

I am writing this review as I sit on my balcony overlooking the bay watching the sunrise.
Very nice hotel, excellent staff and great location.
Room is a nice size, could be decorated a little nicer.
I would return and highly recommend

LOVED this hotel - great location.

We only had one night in this hotel on a quick trip to St Augustine - we wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the wonderful St Augustine. JC at the check in desk was amazing - so so helpful and he gave us lots of dining and sightseeing tips. We will definitely return to St Augustine and this is where we'll stay when we return.

Location was great but our room had many ants and the AC was not cooling well at night.

The Staff Made it Great

In all of my stays, which counts well into the hundreds and fortunately includes a few 5-star properties, I’ve yet to encounter someone as personable as JC at the front desk. From the moment we arrived today, he made my family and I feel like VIP guests. We’d just gotten in after a morning flight and a long drive up in a rental car, and my toddler was already over the day. JC interacted with my son as if he were his own family, bringing him crayons and things to color on and even hanging my son’s artwork up by the front desk while we were down there. It was adorable and memorable, and my son doesn’t typically warm up to people quickly but they became friends in a matter of minutes. This is what the hospitality industry should be, and my wife and I are so appreciative that it led me to write this review. Keep up the great work!
