Went above and beyond considering I left something very valuable. Thanks Again for an awesome stay, and for protecting what I left. Returning it safely home.

This property needs some updates. The first room we were in had a non-working tv and the toilet needed to be replaced. The next room we were in, the air did not work well, the shower curtain did not stay closed and the toilet was loose. I had my own white towel (which had a total different look than their towels) and they took it when they came to clean the room. When I told the property manager, he said he would speak to the cleaning lady and return it. I was there an additional two days after that and the towel was never returned, and no further explanation. I can't expound on breakfast because it was never offered and I never saw any type of breakfast items in their office/lobby area. Additionally, their dryer needs to be replaced also. I used dryer sheets but my clothes still came out with a bunch of lint on them.

The room was filthy, unsafe, no door security. I want a refund. We did not stay in Executive Suites because of the condition and would like a refund.

The mattress is too hard, housekeeping didn't get us fresh towels, and the ac didn't work properly. Roach motel!!!

The room was clean but the couch was dirty and the chairs were dirty and the tv didn’t work
