Staff was friendly. Room was great stocked with dishes microwave full size frig. Spacious and had a pull out couch bed that was so helpful. Had a front area with tables and chairs, plus umbrellas. Pool was clean and refreshing. They even had kayaks, paddle boards to use for free. Bikes for free. Even breakfast for free. And not just your continental one, we had eggs, pancakes, bacon,sausage, French toast, It was awesome. I’m so glad I chose them. I felt safe since I travel alone with my teenager that means a lot to me. It’s close to a lot of excursions and beaches.

How can you be so disrespectful to your customers?

Health, safety, and interest guests absent from this hotel!!
I had booked for my husband’s 50th birthday.it was very important to us.I had sent a message a few days before our arrival to clarify it and make sure that the assigned accommodation was clean and maintained. They assured me that yes (see their nice message in photo).
Since my arrival I have been forced to go back to the reception 5 times for something to be done, in the end after insistence they just cleaned the floor, which was greasy, brown, with dead insects and detritus (you could not walk barefoot), and the shower cubicle which was full of mold.The rest remained in the state.
Despite these 5 visits to the reception and two e-mails to the management no responsible deigned to come see us.
Message to management: no need to reply to my comment with your usual phrases “we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay...” You know your hotel and its problems perfectly and you do nothing it is a shame.

We enjoyed ourselves disappointed with the beach front not able to get in the water as we had anticipated doing. Hideaway cafe was excellent Heavyn was very helpful

The room was not initially safe, repair not completed
Kitchen staff yelled at ea other "F*@k"
Stove inoperable
no hot tub
bugs in room
broken items
check in/check out staff lied
alternate room suggested, not suitable

Oceanfront hotel with private beach, cook to order breakfast, and useful complimentary amenities such as kayak and bicycle. We landed during the peak seagrass season so the oceanfront experience is somewhat compromised. Some areas of wall and edging may need maintenance and the AC filter might need to be replaced, With that said, the rest of the hotel experience is as described. Peaceful and private. Room is adequate in size and clean. Clean and comfortable bed and bedding. Staff is helpful.
