We were very pleased with our room and surprised at how big it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was spacious and kept well stocked. We will stay here the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed the Friday night Bluegrass Jams and then enjoyed the comfort of your hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious also! I highly recommend your hotel.

Creative custom rooms with decorations that reflect different aspects of Floyd. Great breakfast, loved the baked apples and the coffee was really good. Walking distance from the town, including Floyd General Store.

Hotel retains its charm and perfect downtown location. Years into the hotel's life, there's still no sign up front directing traffic to the upper (main ) parking lot, and poor signage in that lot to get folks to the sidewalk leading to the hotel. (the front desk didn't even mention their unusual parking arrangement). I also wish they would have plastic drinking glasses in the bathroom. I broke a glass one. (I was clumsy at times, but so are other guests. The risks exceed the benefits.)

Nice overnight stay on our way to SC

Much nicer than its online presence. The building is modern rustic and situated in the heart of the town. Meticulously clean with quality amenities. The hotel and its rooms treat you to local artistry , nice gift shop and outdoor patio seating . Peaceful delicious breakfast . Staff is kind and accommodating. Also very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway if you would like to experience a few overlooks.
Highly recommend.
