Property was cleaner and nicer than expected, particularly the rooms with a pool/courtyard view. Room was very outdated but fine. Wish the pool was heated but it & the hot tub were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind & helpful. Location is convenient (off the main road) but that also meant a decent amount of street noise.

The room was dirty. The AC barely worked but still had a milk jug cut open from the top to collect condensation underneath it. The staff is appallingly rude, and the landscapers shattered someone’s windshield right in front of my room. A “juggalo” in a clown mask circled the property. What a nightmare of a place. I could go on but I feel strongly that anyone reading this review gets the picture. The room was Inexpensive yet still overpriced. Nonrefundable, definitely trying to trap guests that can’t see it first.

The property was a dump, minimal towels, place was so dated and desperate of a remodel. So bad we changed our clothes and left the property…… waste of money, that’s how bad it was.

Primarily it was a clean room for the money. Roomy with a bed that is a challenge for short people (almost 3 ft high)! Has the basic amenities but electrical outlet in bathroom was not working. Good cooling/heat unit.Could use paint touchup to make it look less scruffy around bathtub/shower.
Swimming pool outside if desired.

The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once.
It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though.
