This is a very cute room in walkable distance of a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. The room was nicely designed, very clean and easy to access with digital locks. I didn’t hear any of the other people in the building which is a renovated apartment complex where you stay on the second floor. it’s a very charming building. Great homey feel.
The downside is that it’s next to a train station which has very loud trains that go by at multiple times during the night past midnight. So I don’t recommend this place for light sleepers. We stayed in a room with a pullout bed, which I don’t recommend for anyone who has back problems. Probably fine for kids. The primary bed was very comfortable. The AC works very well and I was easily able to sign into streaming services on the TV.
We were short on Sheets and the host got us more the next day. So they were very responsive.
It’s a very cute area and watching the sunset from the large antique windows was nice.

Enjoyable Stay
Excellent location. The room was very clean and the decor was beautiful. I stayed in the SoHo room.

My Eugene Home Away From Home
As I travel by train, the location was perfect.
I have stayed at The 505 several times. Each room, or rather apartment, is unique and very comfortable. I always feel at home.
The 505 is my home away from home when ever I am in Eugene. I look forward to my next visit.

All around great stay
Beautiful apartment that was well stocked with everything I could possibly need. Great location as it’s close to the train station and great restaurants. Parking was easy and free! Great communication with the host who made sure I had everything I could possible need. They were also super helpful in getting a valuable item I left behind back to me. Would definitely stay here again!

Yay for allergy-friendly!
Great location, short walk to lots of good food. We stayed in the collegiate which is very allergy friendly if you’re sensitive to dust and animals—no carpet, no woven upholstery, metal furnishings, no pets! The kitchen has basic needs and we were very happy to have it. Nice view, trains added ambience, easy check-in and out. Never heard other guests.
