Nice stay. The room was clean and nice.
The hair blocked the AC from reaching the bed. The AC was not turned on till I got to roo. So very warm in room when I 1st got there

The door did not close properly, the sun was shing thru, Hair in the bathtub and on the floor underneath the sink, pillow cases had stains and something crusty on them, the AC didn't work properly and it was 104 degrees outside, the front office and property look like a hoarding situation

The rooms need a complete maintenance overhaul… sheets had stains. Toilet paper dispenser was coming off the wall and they had put tape on it to try to keep it in place…
Same for the coat hanger rack… Completely dislodged from the wall… toilet was not bolted to the floor. Crickets. Bed was broken. Would never recommend anyone staying here.

Arrived at 333am after diving all day and night was booked through Hotels.com for a two night stay. It was the most nastiest place I've ever been to besides the city landfill. There was mold growing on the bed sheets. There was pee all over the bed sheets. Spiders with their family egg sack all along the mattress, box spring and frame. About 2" of water in the floor. Black mold growing up the walls. We walked in w/my children standing at the door cause I wouldn't dare allow them inside. Looked around and immediately left. Was in room for about 3 minutes, long e enough to get pictures. Went straight to the office where it took 13 minutes to get someone to come to the window. Argued with me for 15 minutes saying I will not get another room which I've wouldn't want. That I also would not get any money refunded to me. After contacting hotels.Com they reached out to the hotel . The hotel agreed to give me back one night because I was on the property for more than 30 minutes. I was on the property for 31 minutes. Then hotels. Com said they'd give me a one key credit. This entire trip was a bunch of poop. No one has made it entirely right. And please never ever ever go to this"hotel" because it's an actual trash pile!!

It was gross. The sheets and towels were both dirty. Asked for a refund got told to stick it. Don’t go there unless you have all your vaccines.
