Needs updated, budget friendly, decent location
I'm not picky when arriving late and just needing a few hours of sleep but it's not fancy. Let me fair, there was a small fridge and microwave that looked new, and the TV was a decent size. The AC worked great and even the bed was comfortable, if you could get past the cigarette burns in the bed cover and the stains on the sheets. They smelled and looked clean, just need to be replaced badly. The room itself was not bad, just old and run down. The furniture was VERY preloved but the room had fresh paint and it looks to have lots of potential. The tub and tile, however, were covered in mold stains and the countertop with sink was yellowed. The room smelled of cigarette smoke bad, and I don't know if all the rooms smelled like this because I'm not sure if my husband asked for non smoking when he went in to pay, so thats something to be aware of. I travel alot and this is basic at best but on a positive note, the front desk guy was friendly and its very budget friendly. Having lived nearby in the past, it is in a good location next to I-40 and it was quiet. Large area for parking if you're driving a big RV and we felt safe. Restaurants like Arby's, Mc D's, and gas station food within walking distance. Its not an area full of crime or bad people hanging around looking for trouble. Like I said, a few upgrades and it could be nice! It's about 35 minutes to Nashville and we paid just over $55. p/nt, which in 2026 is a great price! Luxury? Not at all but overall, still not a bad choice for a small budget and freeway convenience. On a last note, we always price out a room online first and then go in in person to ask for the same deal. They were happy to work with us so it saved us time by not having to go back and forth between booking on my phone first and then going in. Hope this was helpful and happy travels!

If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the skimpy quilt in half to stay warm in the cold room. The furniture should have been thrown on the local tip, there was no bed side lamp and no convenient place to charge a phone near the bed. It’s a shame you can’t award minus stars.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and it cost a little more for that then it would of been for 2 double beds.when we got there they put us in the very back in a room with 2 double beds and would not correct it there was a lot of drug activity people coming in and out all hours..never and I mean never again will I stay there..there was hair all over the beds. The blankets smelled of urine

The place was a dump. The room lock was broken, the floor was dirty all around the edges and in the bathroom, the bed spread had cigarette holes, the bathroom door did not shut, the shower head was falling out of the wall, everything was just dirty and needed upkeep. I have slept in a number of bad hotels - sometimes that is just what you have to do - but I thought the price was high for a hotel this bad.
