Staff that we encountered were quite friendly, we had no problems, but it was only a one night stay… The pool looked good, but we didn’t have a chance to use it and same thing with breakfast… wish I could give you more of a thorough review but the only thing I noticed of negative was the entry carpet to the room was certainly used… I have no doubt it was vacuumed, but it have been there for a while…
I will say that the sheets and towels were a little bit odd… Clean, but almost squeaked when you dried off with them lol

The property looks a whole lot better in the pictures than in person. Staff was still without issue and it’s a solid place to stay if your only goal is sleeping, but something to consider.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was filthy. Everything in the room was damp, carpet, pillows, bed linens. It smelled awful, musty. The beds and pillows were terrible. The mattress sagged in the middle. You could visibly see it sag in the middle. A hole in the top cover, stains on the sheets. I wore socks in the room and the bottom of my socks were black from the dirt in the carpet. It was so gross.

The room was not clean the bed hard and the pillows lumpy. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. We went to breakfast and back to the room and couldn't get back in then had to wait for quite a while for someone to come to the desk to reprogram our key card to get back into our room. I wont be staying again.

There was nothing good about this property. Terrible parking, large trucks in 2/3rds of the parking lot, difficult to navigate. It has a run down appearance. It looks like an old fashioned roadside motel where the doors are outside so you hear all the noise.
When I opened the door to my room I was met with a bad smell that I could not identify. The humidity hit me just as the smell did. I didn’t step foot inside the room. I turned on my heel and went back to the office and turned in the key. I asked for a refund. They refused.
That hotel was so bad that I got back in my car and drove to a Best Western Plus executive suite in Jackson, a hour away, which was surreal. So wonderfully clean. Spot on, but above and beyond.
This Best Western needs so much help I can’t begin to say where to start. I think corporate needs to take a hard look at the condition of everything. And then, bulldoze it.
Do not stay at this hotel. Just do not stay. Drive to Jackson!
